In 1999 the Facility Managers of the QVB shopping centre in Sydney’s CBD were so impressed with the duress call and tracking technology Future IT provided, they asked if we could help digitalise the rest their workflow processes – kwiklook was born! The company is now in its 23rd year.
Over the years kwiklook has helped Facility Managers across multiple market sectors optimise their digital processes by focussing on efficiency of workflow and user-friendly interfaces. Spreadsheets, email requests, tickets, post-it-notes……..all eliminated and replaced with an efficient and comprehensive database system. The end benefit is not only saving time, but also significant cost savings in compliance, maintenance and asset management.

G’day, I’m Trent Crockett, Head of Development and Support.
I’ve been with Future IT since 2007, first starting out as a Support Technician. After showing an interest in software development I started leaning how to develop desktop, web and mobile applications, eventually becoming the Senior Developer of kwiklook in 2013.
One of my passions is creating new features and updating functionality for kwiklook. If there’s a feature missing that you need, I’m the man to ask!
The key to kwiklook’s success is listening to client’s needs. Using my skills learned as a Support Tech, I now have the unique ability to translate what a client wants into something that can be used by multiple clients across a variety of sectors.

Hi, I’m Thorolf. People call me Thor, as it rolls down the tongue easier apparently 🙂
My journey here has been interesting to say the least. I have a degree in tourism but ventured into tech when coming over from Germany in 2013. After having worked for some large multinationals I, by sheer coincidence, came across the guys from Future IT, who created kwiklook. Initially I only did translations for the visitor management side of things for them but became involved deeper over time.
kwiklook as a product intrigued me as it is so easy to use while being very comprehensive. It is an exciting system and I feel it will revolutionize the way Irish businesses work. Since many many businesses still rely on paper and spreadsheets, I do believe kwiklook will make a difference!
Firmly based in beautiful Donegal, I am responsible for the business in Europe.
