How to Change the Data Collector Serial Number in kwiklook Easy Rounds

This article explains how to change the serial number of the Data Collectors in kwiklook Easy Rounds.

Please Note: These instructions are intended to be used only for the Protrac iD Data Collectors.

1. Open kwiklook Easy Rounds.
2. Click the ‘Close’ button on the main ‘Start Round/Finish Round’ window:
   
3. Place the Data Collector that requires the Serial Number changed inside port 1 of the Docking Station.
4. Click ‘Rounds > Data Collector Test Panel’ on the top menu bar:
   
5. Click the ‘Change’ button:
6. Enter the new ‘Serial Number’ in the ‘Change Serial’ field:
7. Click the ‘Finished – Turn Power Off’ button:

An error message will show if the change was unsuccessful. Please repeat steps 5 and 6 if an error message appears or contact the kwiklook Support Team for further advice.
